Check Out Some of the New Music for Conan Exiles!

Funcom has recently revealed some news on the composer for Conan Exiles. The original Age of Conan music composer, Knut Avenstroup Haugen, is set to make a return to the world of Hyboria and create the music for the upcoming open-world survival game, Conan Exiles. Haugen is set to produce some all-new music for the upcoming game, which will hit early access for PC next month. Additionally, you can listen to a new sample of the Conan Exiles soundtrack in the player below.

Speaking on the news, Funcom Creative Director Joel Bylos stated: “We are incredibly excited to have Knut join us once again. The music he created for ‘Age of Conan’ stands among the best ever made for gaming, and it helped bring the world of Hyboria to life for millions of players all around the world. We have listened to some of what he is working on for ‘Conan Exiles’ and all we can say is that players have something truly special to look forward to.”

Haugen added: “Returning to the Conan universe is an absolute pleasure, and I am very happy to once again be working with the team at Funcom. The world of Conan is incredibly rich in culture and history, and it is a fantastic source of inspiration that allows me as a composer to explore a variety of different musical themes and soundscapes.”

Conan Exiles will be available on Windows PC Early Access on January 31, 2017. It will then hit Xbox One Game Preview in Spring 2017.
