Octopath Traveler Reveals Final Two Protagonists
What’s the latest on Octopath Traveler? Any new character unveils?
Square Enix has been slowly but surely revealing the eight protagonists that will be playable in Octopath Traveler when it releases on Nintendo Switch this July. A new trailer has unveiled Cyrus and Ophelia, who round out the characters. Cyrus is a scholar while Ophelia is a cleric.
Aside from breaking down their abilities, the trailer revealed how the main story will unfold in the game. Essentially, you’ll pick one of the eight main characters, and as you go on their journey, you’ll get to meet the other 7. This is where your options come in, because you’ll be able to go to each of the other characters stories whenever you want via Chapters. This will allow you to beat all the character stories at once, or just go one at a time, it’s up to you.
Octopath Traveler will arrive on Switch July 13th.
