Only Two Final Fantasy VII Tracks In Smash Bros Ultimate
Aside from Cloud and his level, what other Final Fantasy VII references are in Smash Bros Ultimate? What about the music?
When Super Smash Bros for Wii U revealed that Cloud Strife would be a part of the roster, the world erupted. This was a long-time ask, and it was unclear if Square Enix would allow it. Then, when Super Smash Bros Ultimate was announced, Cloud was confirmed to be coming back with his level and other things. One thing many wondered was whether some more Final Fantasy VII music would enter the game.
According to sources, this won’t be the case. For many have checked out the game via press events, and it looks like the two tracks that were on the Wii U version will be the only tracks in Ultimate to represent the franchise. This could change via DLC characters and updates, but at present, it’s not looking good.
