This month will see the release of the next major free update for The Division. Ubisoft officially released some new details today for the next update coming down the pike for Tom Clancy’s The Division. The next update for the game, Update 1.2: Conflict, is due out a week from today on May 24. You can check out a new preview for the next update, which features a new Incursion mission, in the player below.
The upcoming second major free update for the game includes a new Incursion mission called Clear Sky. Other additions with the update will be new gear sets, new weapons and loot, new missions to take down enemy leaders, and the new Hijack feature. Hijack will make extractions a lot more interesting in the game. In Clear Sky, it appears Rikers have taken over Columbus Circle and accommodated some anti-air weaponry from the Last Man Battalion. The Hijack feature allows players to cut down loot that is about to get extracted in the Dark Zone, so the Dark Zone will get a little more intense as players will have to protect their loot at all costs.
Tom Clancy’s The Division is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC. Update 1.2: Conflict arrives on Tuesday, May 24.
