Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn Out Now on Steam

by on February 18, 2014

Starting today, Windows PC players can book their ticket to Eorzea using Steam, and for a limited time they can do it for half price.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, the reimagined Final Fantasy-themed MMO originally released last August for PC and PS3, is now available in Europe and North America on the Steam digital service. The game retails for $29.99 for a standard edition and $49.99 for the collector’s edition with some extra digital goodies, but to celebrate its addition to the service both versions will be 50 percent off until Feb. 25th.

Got a PS4 instead? Don’t feel left out. A free open beta for the game will be starting on that console Feb. 22 and will run through March 3. You can download it now in advance. The final game will release on the PS4 on April 14, retailing for $39.99 for a standard edition, $79.99 for a special physical collector’s edition, and $59.99 for a physical collector’s editon.
