Is Nuka-World the Last Major DLC for Fallout 4?! Find Out Bethesda’s Answer!

by on July 5, 2016

It looks like Fallout 4 is reaching the end of the line for major DLC releases this year. The Upcoming Nuka-World DLC release for Fallout 4 will be the last DLC release for the game. The news was confirmed today on Twitter by Bethesda marketing executive Pete Hines (h/t Gamespot). According to Hines, the Nuka-World DLC is the “last one” for the game. The new DLC is due out in August.

The upcoming Nuka-World DLC will be set in a post-apocalyptic amusement park. It will feature new quests, weapons and more for players. Here’s an official description for the DLC release:

“Take a trip to Nuka-World, a vast amusement park now a lawless city of Raiders. Explore an all-new region with an open wasteland and park zones like Safari Adventure, Dry Rock Gulch, Kiddie Kingdom, and the Galactic Zone. Nuka-World features new quests, Raiders, weapons, creatures, and more. Enjoy the ride!”

Another DLC release will be the Vault-Tec Workshop add-on later this month. Nuka-World is priced at $20. It will be interesting if this truly is the last DLC release. Sometimes game companies make these types of announcements or statements only to not keep completely true to them later.

Fallout 4 is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.

From what I've read Fallout 4 plan on releasing only 3 more DLCs which sounds pretty sad, I wish they would've done more. 🙁 Nuka-World looks pretty good though.

This DLC looks really good, but I can't help but being disappointed with Fallout 4's DLC overall, especially after they increased the price of the season pass because they working on more/higher quality content.
