Bandai Namco Games has officially confirmed the pre-order bonuses for Dark Souls III. It looks like there are different pre-order bonuses for each platform for the game across the PlayStation, Xbox One and Windows PC. The long-awaited sequel for the Dark Souls franchise arrives in April.

Players who pre-order the game for PlayStation 4 will receive a digital copy of the game’s official soundtrack and a Fire Fades dynamic theme. The theme will be available to players immediately, but the soundtrack won’t be around until the Dark Souls III launch.

Xbox One pre-orders will come with a free copy of the original Dark Souls. It was already confirmed previously that this would be the Xbox One pre-order bonus, and players will be able to access the game through the console’s backwards compatibility function. According to Bandai Namco, the digital download code for the first Dark Souls will arrive about 7-10 after the pre-order is made.

Finally for the PC version, if you pre-order the game on Steam, players will get a free digital soundtrack, like with the PS4 version. In addition, players who already have Dark Souls or Dark Souls II on Steam can get a $5 discount on Dark Souls III.

The pre-order bonuses will be the same for players who decide to go for the Dark Souls III Digital Deluxe Edition, which is going for a price of $85. The premium version includes extra Dark Souls III DLC.

So overall the bonuses are nothing too fancy, but the soundtrack might be an appealing bonus for fans of the franchise. Dark Souls III arrives on April 12 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
