Check Out the New Details on Diablo 3’s Next Update Patch!

Blizzard Entertainment has officially revealed the full patch notes and a first look at the next update patch for Diablo 3 on Battle.net (h/t via Gamespot). The current season for the game ends tomorrow, and the new 2.4.1 patch for the game will offer players new rewards and more.

There will be some new pets that will be introduced in the game, along with a new type of goblin who will drop several new pets after being defeated. Killing the goblin each time will yield a new pet, provided the player hasn’t collected them yet.

In addition, the update will have new transmorgification items that will work as common-quality items. These will drop from named enemies and rare chests. These new items will offer ways for players to customize their look without having to introduce new Legendaries. Also, there will be some new extra-rare rewards, such as wings and a portrait frame that offer a challenge to track down.

The update patch is available now on public test servers. It’s full release is set for sometime later on. The update also features a number of tweaks and bug fixes to smooth out the gameplay. The full patch notes are available at this link.
