When Will Ubisoft Fix The Division’s Falcon Lost Bug? Find Out Here!

by on April 19, 2016

As previously reported, a bug was discovered for the first Incursion mission for Tom Clancy’s The Division. The exploit allowed players to enter the map for the mission and take out the enemy vehicle without being discovered by the enemy soldiers or getting attacked. In a recent State of the Game stream on Twitch (via Gamespot), community developer Yannick Banchereau claimed that the exploit for Falcon Lost would be fixed soon, as soon as a matter of a few days.

Banchereau stated: “Exploits have been an ongoing thing for the last week. We had the first ones and we fixed them. Then new ones came and we fixed them, now we have more new ones and we will fix them. We’re working on a fix that will be deployed in a few days, that hopefully should be a pretty solid one … Fixing the exploits is the priority. We want to make sure that, before we talk about anything else, the game runs how it’s supposed to run.”

Not only that, Ubisoft community manager Natchai Stappers claimed that players who used this exploit were in violation of the game’s Code of Conduct policy and would look into punishing them. There is no word yet if Ubisoft plans to make good on their promise of punishing players.

Tom Clancy’s The Division is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
