Lost Ark’s Update Set for August

August has been a busy month for updates, launches, and new releases, and so will Lost Ark, which will be releasing an update.

As Lost Ark’s August update approaches, the team has confirmed that it will bring the game’s next major balance update.

According to the developer’s blog, “While all of the details will be included in the release notes arriving in a few weeks, we can confirm that the next balance patch will arrive in the August update.”

There’s no doubt that the short confirmation serves to give the community a heads up to prepare for potential major changes in the next bit update. This will be a significant update, both in terms of new content and continuing the team’s progression changes.

The August update also introduces the advanced class Aeromancer and two new big raids to challenge. Two new raids, the Akkan Legion Raid and the Sonavel Guardian Raid, are on their way, and we’ll see what changes or introductions accompany them.

She is the second Specialist Advanced Class after the Artist. A paintbrush was used by the Artist in her battles, but an umbrella is used by the Aeromancer. Her Identity is called Sun Shower, and while she fights, her raindrop meter fills up. She can damage enemies while protecting allies at the same time.

Nonetheless, what’s important is the continued major changes that have taken place. In addition to the August balance changes, there are going to be quality-of-life updates, as well as a “revamp” of the early game tiers.

With changes started in July, the hope is to reduce some of the unnecessary and repetitive content that inhibits newer players from successfully progressing, including those with alt characters.
