Bethesda Softworks has officially announced that Update 1.5 is now live for Fallout Shelter, the mobile game based on the Fallout franchise. The latest update provides some new and interesting changes to the mobile game. The full patch notes are available at the above link.
With Update 1.5, gamers can now scrap their unwanted items and turn them into Junk in order to build more gear. This way players can clear out some items in storage to craft new items. Also new to the game are some new customization options to the Barbershop, along with some new civilian outfits to craft or find in lunchboxes. Dwellers can now even be made to look like Ghouls.
Fallout Shelter is also now compatible with the 3D Touch support feature for players who are using an iPhone 6s or 6s Plus. The 3D Touch allows to load directly into vaults by skipping the main menue. The 3D Touch can also be used to assign Dwellers to rooms. In addition, storage can be accessed simply by tapping on the Storage Room.
Fallout Shelter has been a tremendous smash for Bethesda since it launched in June of last year. The game is available now on iOS and Android devices for free at the App Store or Google Play.
