Dune: Awakening to Enter Second Closed Beta Test
Currently, Dune: Awakening is going through a closed beta test. Funcom has begun sending invitations to the next phase of its multiplayer survival game. A short video was released today announcing the latest closed beta period will begin in this month.
In addition to the smaller closed tests the team has been holding, this will broaden the pool of players to try the game. If you have applied for the playtest, you will receive an invite. The first rounds of invites have already been sent.

Notably, this is a closed beta reserved for Windows only, so this is one of the first steps towards expanding testing. Later tests will be done, and the NDA will be relaxed or removed eventually.
You can register if you are interested in building on Arrakis, collecting precious water, exploring, and avoiding rousing the sandworms. Funcom is also giving away some invites via their Discord channel.
