World of Warcraft Dragonflight Gets New Patch
World of Warcraft has rolled out a new spiral to its ongoing MMORPG releases. Several updates have dawned for World of Warcraft Dragonflight in the Seeds of Renewal patch, which will polish this expansion and prepare players for The War Within.
Go ahead and skip to the next section if you have not yet killed Fyrrak or watched the cutscenes at the end of the Amirdrassil raid and what happened afterward. The Aspects recovered their lost power at the end of the 10.2 storyline.
As Amirdrassil left the Emerald Dream to find its place in the waking world, there was a fabulous party that tied up story threads from Dragonflight and past expansions, and there were plenty of easter eggs for long-time night elf fans.
For those who have never explored a major city in World of Warcraft, walking into Darnassus for the first time was an incredible experience. For us, Bel’ameth must live up to that expectation. It has been brought to attention that the horde can also enter Bel’ameth, the new capital of the night elf race. Valdrakken is a cross-faction capital, so the horde is allowed there but cannot do much.
In addition, it would make sense to allow horde to enter the city at least provisionally, since the horde alliance fought to save Amirdrassil from Fyrrak. A night elf warrior might be able to sneak in, so the faction wall might not be necessary.
NPCs mentioned hearing whispers, and that they had no idea who or what it was. These were the first tidbits to hint at The War Within storyline, and we can hope to get some more updates along the way.
The tidbits are more likely to maintain their status as side allusions rather than the main focus in Seeds of Renewal given that we have 10.3 in the pipeline. We can expect them to write a lot more about the next expansion. Let’s hope they expand on these threads a bit in Seeds of Renewal.
