Mabinogi Celebrates 16th Anniversary with Festival

MMORPG Mabinogi is celebrating its 16th anniversary with a star-themed event called The Festival of Stars. The event runs through April 11, promising a month full of fun activities, starry decorations, and shiny rewards. The development studio, Nexon, is launching a party and you do not want to miss it

During the event, players will be able to participate in anniversary story quests, minigames, and a daily login event for stellar rewards, including the 16th Anniversary Luxury Equipment Bag, Festival Wear outfit, Star Sheeptuplet pet, Starry-themed Chairs, and more.

A new Shooting Stars basketball minigame is also being featured at this year’s anniversary event based on the classic arcade game. Players must sink as many baskets within the allotted timeframe.

As part of the cash shop update, the 16th Anniversary Mega Package has also been added, containing a number of consumable items and the Stellar Wings Box, which contains one of seven prized cosmetic wings.

With the Mabinogi team’s overhaul of their VIP membership system, three new packages will be available: Basic, Combat, and Life, with a combined subscription available for all three tiers. Plus, all VIP members get access to the style tab.

Mabinogi is an online massively multiplayer role-playing game released by Nexon and developed by devCAT studios. The game’s name comes from the Welsh word Mabinogi, which is a collection of legends and lore.
