Final Fantasy XV Multiplayer Mode Gets Release Date!

by on September 20, 2017

When is Final Fantasy XV getting that multiplayer mode? What was the point of it again?

At the Tokyo Game Show, Square Enix revealed many things, not the least of which was that Final Fantasy XV’s multiplayer mode, known as Comrades, will be releasing worldwide on October 31st. In the mode, players will be able to create their very own character, then team up with up to three friends to take on challenges within the Final Fantasy XV world.

What’s more, Comrades connects to the story of XV. For you are survivors from the Kingsglaive event, and you’re out to find out what happened to Noctis. What’s more, in future updates, Prompto, Ignis, and Gladiolus will be playable.

There are both mutliplayer and singleplayer quests for you to do in the game, so you’ll have plenty to do, and plenty of ways to grow your unique character.
