Eternal Tomb Releases New Teaser
The first test was not the best and Eternal Tombs found players breaking and uncovering too many bugs. However, the next Eternal Tombs playtest date hasn’t been set yet, but Triune Studios is teasing what they’ve been working on. A date should be announced soon, according to a new update.
According to Josh Caba, the game’s creative director, via the game’s official Discord, the team has been working to schedule the next test
“I know we continue to mention it, but we’re working hard on updates since the last test. We want Eternal Tombs to be the best game possible and there were a ton of needs in both technology and gameplay that needed some improvement,” he says.
A lot of data was collected following the first playtest due to how many things went wrong. However, the team promised to use all of the experiences to improve the game before a second playtest.
Eternal Tomb Releases New Teaser
As part of the update, there is a new teaser video showing off what they’re working on for the next test build. In the new clip, there is an air of mystery, and the clips include scenes of what looks like the inside of a pyramid, along with statues.
There are three entryways: one from a field with animals, one from an underground cavern, and another from a security field with NPCs surrounded by wood spikes and wires, and a platform with armed NPCs.
The Eternal Tombs’ video is quite brief, but it is a teaser anyway. In the next test, we intend to implement all these updates, as well as add multiple new zones.
