The saga of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is not over yet. CD Projekt RED dropped some brand-new screenshots today for the next story expansion for The Witcher 3, Blood and Wine. You can check out those new images in the gallery below. Click on the thumbnails to see the full-size images.
Blood and Wine will feature a completely new region to explore for the game in Toussaint. In addition, more information on the expansion will be revealed next month. Speaking on the new expansion CD Projekt RED’s Marcin Momot stated: “I can already tell you Blood and Wine is a fascinating story, with every sort of twist and turn you’d expect from our writers. Toussaint, the new realm we’re creating for the expansion, is unlike anything you’ve seen in Wild Hunt – carefree and colorful, but your gut never stops telling you that there’s some real dark stuff happening underneath all that. We’ll be revealing more information in May however, to sweeten the wait, here are some fresh screenshots from the expansion!”
CD Projekt RED also announced that the development team for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt would participate in a PAX East 2016 panel called “GWENT-Ception: Does a Game Within a Game Make a Game a Better Game.” The panel will be streamed on Twitch live on Saturday at 2:00 pm EST.
The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine is due out later this year. The story DLC will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
