Hi there, I am a Masters psychology student from Arden University. I am conducting an online study exploring how coping strategies effect depression and Internet Gaming Disorder in female video gamers that play World of Warcraft.

This research has been approved by the Arden University Ethics committee.

The questionnaire will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Participants need to be aged 18+, identify their gender as female and have played World of Warcraft for at least one month in the past year.

If you would like to take part, then please private message me or go on my profile and follow the link to my study (under the homepage link)

Please share this link (to the study) with anyone you think might be interested in taking part.

Thank you.

This should be interesting. Why World of Warcraft and not any other game?

Did someone pour money for this to happen. What is going on inside that person's head.

As a fellow researcher, I wish you the best, I know it can be hard to get participants sometimes. Do you plan to publish the study once it's done? I am very interested on the topic.
