It's still useful to give you a general idea of what you can expect come release. Sure it's all subject to change, and skills are going to be tweaked and possibly assigned to different weapons, but the basics should be pretty close. Plus, who ever made it did a great job and deserves our appreciation.
ok... if you liked the other builder be ready to have your mind blown... This is not new either but you can lose an hour or so with this thing if your like me. It's got all the traits which are really nitty gritty detail for theory crafters right now. http://gw2.revgaming.net/Tools/BuildTool/

I haven't delved into much of this but I played around with it a bit, I take it Power = damage increase etc? Also a lot of these traits seem to be passives. Do these replace the skill attribute points from the original GW?
I found both of these tools a few weeks ago, and I have to say they are fantastic! I have spent hours and hours theory crafting my character, it's a great way to keep occupied until launch

Just a WARNING... Thanks for the tools guys, but beware. GW2.revgaming.net skills are not correct. When you mix and match weapons for the elementalist the skills in the calculator don't match with what was in the beta. I'm sure they will fix this once the game is finalized but for now be aware that it is not accurate.
