Almost certainly, but both Sony and Microsoft require patches to go through a bureaucratized certification process (also, MS only allows a certain number of free title updates, after which they charge the developer, so companies tend to try and get as many fixes into each patch as they can).
got the same problem, ranger mode acheivements not unlocked also, Spoiler Spoiler if respawning at D6 at the part you can find the mingun, the game freezes right after loading.
