Anyway, I agree that being able to equipp the knife and grenades would be better, like in 2033, rather than to use hotkeys. Having the knife on-screen like in 2033 would be so much better. That combined with being able to do stealth-attacks with the knife like in LL would be the best way to do it in my opinion. As Bamul said, it feels more realistic to have to swap to the knife instead of just quickly putting away your rifle and taking it back in one second. But both games' scrolling-between-weapons could desperately need improvement; sometimes you'd have to scroll once before scrolling again to switch to the next weapon, and other times you wouldn't have to do the extra scroll first, which made it so clumsy and difficult to switch to the correct weapon, especially if you were playing Ranger HC.
