    the surface more as the tunnels are full of shops and basic items....

    I agree, i'm hoping to see more tunnels that actually require the flashlight to explore, most of time in Metro 2033 there was something lighting the place up.

    That's why I would carry a Heavy Automatic Shotgun with me by that level.

    I prefer Helsing. Heavy Automatic Shotgun is a beast, but it's a huge waste of ammunition and if I ever carry a shotgun it's the Duplet. Always, no questions asked.

    I like that special shotgun you get in the rangers pack as it has more ammo and is powerful enough to kill a librarian in 7-10 shots...;)

    Yes, the Heavy Automatic Shotgun.

    Back on topic. I like the beauty of the surface but the relative comfort of the tunnels definitely outweighs any "beauty" post-apocalyptic Moscow has.

    I actaully like tunnels more but they're usually way too dark.If I could manage to light everywhere with torches or something tunnels would be a great place for me.But as for the surface ıt looks too creepy and there are invisible walls everywhere so tunnels are more palusible.

    judgeing by the Dead city 1-2 levels definatly the surface so many dangers O_O
