Is this happening to anyone else? Just checked my library and it still says pre-load complete, un-released, wait for the official release date
When I launch the game a small window pops up and then I get an error that says "Metro Last Light executable has stopped working" and then the game crashes. Is there a place where we can get Tech support assistance?
Which ones? I've uninstalled and re-installed multiple times via Steam.. and no luck still. 3 days and unable to play.

do you use windows 8 as OS ? at first i had the same problem. after starting the game in compatibility mode (windows 7) and with administrator-rights it worked for me.
Where ARE the official forums for Last Light btw? Is this website in no way affiliated with the Developers? Btw I downloaded through Steam, it pre-loaded it the day before the 14th, then when it became available the day after I was free to play!
This is not the same as it being Deep Silvers forum. If you want to report bugs then members may be able to help, but ideally you should post them on Steam first as that is what the developers will use to replicate bugs; faulting finding and to problem fix.
I found the fix for the 'Metro Last Light executable not working'! If you are using the Steam beta, go into your Steam settings, opt out of the beta, restart Steam, it should load the non-beta version, then the game will work again.
