I was discussing with some friends about RPGs and games in general and we ran into this topic. Some think these series of games are overrated, while others think they are state of the art. What's your opinion? Don't you think FF games are slightly overrated? Cheers!
I think the whole series deserves that rating. Now that it has many fans much more than many video games, then thge rating is just okay.
At some point it does feel like the FF games are overrated. And on lot of points they are adding nothing new. But then again they have their own audience. And that's how the games seems to be doing good so far. It's good to see such games out there though. As for the sake of change they are good.
No. It's not overrated. Final fantasy game deserves five star rating. It's a good video game and makes you feel like you are part of the game while playing it. So it really deserves all the credit it gets.
