I was an avid Fable fan -- emphasis on the was -- but after Fable: The Lost Chapters, it seemed that the Fable experience I came to love in the first game was lost with each sequel. Every game tried to be something great, but ended on a sour note. I believe the entirety of each sequel was not to blame; it was just a few questionable decisions made by the developers and poor execution. This led me to wonder what Fable could have been if it had a dedicated modding community. If the Fable franchise had supported mods, I think the community would have been able to craft an ideal Albion and make Fable the game it should have been. What does everyone else think?
I would have liked to see Mods for this game since I thought the game had a good foundation, but it just felt a bit empty and not as engaging as the other RPGs I enjoyed playing. I'm sure there would have been mods to fix the somewhat crappy ending in Fable 2 at least...
