And there is plenty of people working on recreating the area for the next group. Like placing "abandoned" toys, gasmasks and whatnot. It's a profitable business, after all.
Sure. And maybe they have running water in Pripyat to be able to clean you know what after the tourists are gone. And a pile of gasmask and 'abandoned' toys in some warehouse maybe... It makes sense now why after the evacuation all the apartments were emtpy...
Creepy, though I'd have to be armed if I should sleep i Chernobyl. Being in a place where eveything stands like it did 15 years ago, plus the ideas of what radiation has done. Any creepy sound would be magnified a thousand times in your head... Brrrr...
Oh, serious? That's terrible... you've broken my dreams of one day visiting an authentic Chernobyl...
I'm sure not to many people have been moving things around in the reactir, you could always just go in there :derp:
It's just because when ppl mentions Chernobyl, everyone think automatically about Chernobyl NPP, and not Chernobyl the town, that some don't even know it exist. In the trailer it looks like at some point they are inside the control room of reactor number 4, which in reality you can't see 'cause all that area is off limits. last, it seems they have 'rip' the 'mutant' idea from the Stalker games, although I don't think the guy who did the film could care less about asking permission to use it. just my two cents worth, although I do want to watch it, with my stalker sunrise suit on and a Spas12 close to me to hunt the mutties!!!
Well i knew about this movie long ago before the this post and trailer was kinda good, but why it must be with all those babies or childs, Dead Space 1 and 2 made me sh@t my pants after seeing a lurker or run in one of the packs of muated necro children ( well there goes my happy family life )
Pretty much hit the nail on the head there, although it isn't an exact copy. There isn't a "Zone" or anything, but the writers probably drew inspiration from the Stalker games or A Roadside Picnic
A release date for DVD and blu-ray hasn't been given to the public. I'm sure it won't be for quite some time. You'd be better off downloading it from the internet.
I saw it today and thought they could have done better with the mutant explanation. They should either have explained more or not at all.
