What's your pick? I have to go with my personal favorite, GTA San Andreas, as I played through that glorious game for countless hours for months on end. It was an amazing experience, lots of gaming memories made, and it is my go-to favorite for most popular PS game of all time. What about you?
I think for me it'd be Kingdom Hearts, it was an incredibly popular game and it took countless hours of my childhood so I can remember quite well not only the gameplay but also the annoying times dealing with the console quirks
