Yes but they want you to play as much as you can to get these 5k and then encourage you to vote so you can grind even more with the correct votes. Anyway I am glad that they removed that, and made the season ticket free for everyone since now it is much better. You don't have to buy a season ticket, but if you do you get the rewards much faster and plus some other rewards as well.
