Which games do you think deserved more attention, or aren't appreciated? I'm sure we all agree about Metro 2033, but what others are there? For me, I think the "Way of the Samurai" series isn't given enough publicity in the West, number 4 only available in Japan.
I have to say: ♦ Halo 3: ODST (Allot of people never appreciated that game, i thought it was amazing) ♦ Over G Fighters (Just Underrated, a also amazing game, people don't like simulators) ♦ Operation flashpoint: dragon rising (same reasons as over g)
Operation Flashpoint is an amazing game, one of the most realistic war-games I've played. And Far Cry 2 is also very good. I think Far Cry 2 was liked by many people, and Far Cry 3 seems to be getting a lot of attention.

"Metro 2033" the "S.T.A.L.K.E.R." series "Shadow of the Colossus" (Higly underrated, and pretty much unknown to alot of people!) "Devil May Cry" 1 and 3 (The story for the 3rd game is awsome) "Rayman" 2 and 3 (A pretty good game for PS1 and PS2) "Crash Team Racin"g aka "CTR" (great game for PS1 and I still like it!) "Timesplitters 2" (A great game making parodies of everything popular) "Battlefield: Bad Company" (PS3 and XBOX exclusive, but I like it more than the 2nd game) "Swords of destiny" (Not really that good, but still Underrated) And I thats about it, even though I would like too present some more games that are underrated xD
I heard Shadow of the Colossus is fantastic. I don't think it's underrated (many people call it a masterpiece, it's probably just not that popular.

I agree, but it was so addictive that I completed the whole game the night I bought it. I guess that's good because it hooks you in and also bad because it's so damn short. Anyway, I really enjoyed the multiplayer in that game. Played it for a loooong time.
I've never really tried it. It seems nobody are playing it online, 'cause I don't seem to find any servers at all..
Ah, yes, GUN and Shadow of the Colossus are both quite underrated. Another one is Castlevania Lords of Shadow. I think DMC 1 & 2 both made Platinum, so I wouldn't really say they're underrated, it's just some people don't like action games like that. Btw, I love DMC 1-4. Not too sure how 5 will be.
I hope that the 5th DMC will be better than it looks like, but lol I really dont know anymore..... I believe that DMC 3 was underrated because that, almost all my friends didnt like it at all, or thought it was too fast, and too much button smashing.... xD

Yes, but I've still met a lot of people going "Meh, the graphics are bad and it's all squares and I didn't understand shit of it"
