This year we come up with many resolutions once again and I think it would be good to giv e some priority to our health. We have so many things in mind but there is a possibility that we may forget one of the most important things that we possess or have: our own body, and the duty of taking care of it. It would probabaly be best to have two resolutions: one for the body and the other for the soul , in that way we cover almost all the bases.
This resolutions is way common resolution most people listed on thier new year's resolutions list but often neglected or undone in a year.
I think daily walk and some sort of exercise is necessary. something we have to do on our own and not wait for others to chime in.
I'm working on PC for 10h per day and I feel good. Just going sometimes to GYM, doing some stretching before i go sleep
I agree on also minding your health but on the soul part Idont know how you can do that. Watching your diet, doing some exercises and going for regular body check ups is a good way to watch your health.
