Hello, my name is Oleg. I am a Russian from Siberia. I searched the net for foreign Metro 2033/34 forums and finally found it! I am interested in the universe Metro 2033. You probably know that in addition to Metro Metro 2033 and 2034, a book series includes books nineteen authors. It's not fanfics. These books are officially included in the series and Glukhovsky have the right to wear the markings below the title.I did create an article in Wikipedia (Universe of Metro 2033),so if you want more information search my article. Now I`m describing only Moskow Metro, but soon I`ll describe other places.I`m not good in english and need your help.
Man, if they're on Amazon, I'll get my bro to get one for me. But if it's some smaller site, I'd be willing to pay for shipping and the full cost through Paypal, with a little extra for you, of course! That would be awesome as! (I'll private message you, if your keen).
Just to let you know they have deleted it. I think its because they already have a article on Metro 2033 and a link to the website, so they thought is no need for an article on the entire series. Either that or it wasn't up to wikipedias standards.
I am sorry if I bump this old thread. I just want to know something about Metro 2034. I want to make so sure about correct information. Is Metro 2034 already translated from Russian to English and available on online stores, right?
Not generaly no. There might be some if you look hard enough but I'm not certain maybe someone else can clarify it. Then there is Darkbringer and Rolfwar, I think, who is working on a fan-translation of the book to english.
Omg i know german to. Great well or i can hit some poland in the head pretty hard and bring him to some old building to read and translate the book or else... ok that was kinda off-topic, but really why polands always gets the best stuff and lithuanians gets left out...life is unfair..
Metro Book Reply I absolutely can't wait to get both Metro 2033 and Metro 2034, I've looked a lot of places online to buy and I finally found a good deal and copy on Amazon. I've been waiting for 2 years to finally read the novel that started it all of my favorite game series! It's also made me wanna learn Russian which I have been doing and it is awesome.
Just finished Metro 2033 again in class today and I must say that the ending still has not lost it's touch.
A while ago I got the audio book of Metro 2033, English version read by Rupert Degas. Freaking love it. I'd really recommend it to any fan of the book, if you like audio books. I've listened to the entire thing so many times. I used to stay up for hours staring at the pages of the book, end up with tired eyes and a sore neck and aching hands from holding the book open so long. But since getting the audio book I just lie there comfortably and listen. Sure beats reading the book when you can just relax and listen to it.
I have a hardcover english copy, waiting for me. I decided to wait for summer vacation, so I can finish it in one sitting.
