Decided finally to play this game after all these years. Its a graphical marvel, a very cinematic experience. Its a game that has to be played atleast only once, even if the gameplay is a bit shallow. But the stuttering is ruining the experience. CPU/GPU load are under threshold, I have texture resolution set to HIGH so I can keep the VRAM under 3gb. But the stutter is consistently bugging me. every few seconds I get dips of around 2-5 fps in my otherwise 60fps experience. I'm guessing its a loading of textures into VRAM or HDD loading issue but who really know. Anyone have any suggestions?
