Is he joking? You do not need to have a degree in public relations to know not to lie about things that are going to be proven false in just a few months. The lead dev was lying up until the last moment to increase sales. Even after launch, when people found out there wasn´t multiplayer he tried to spin it to sound like an amazing discovery ´omg, players were able to find each other already´... that was basically his tweet, missing the fact that those players who ´ found ´each other actually found that they couldn´t find each other because it wasn´t a multiplayer game.
I am not sure I would take it that far, but maybe I just did not read into all the hype. I was really unaware that there were all these lies out there about what it was supposed to be, but I have to say this really makes me second guess even playing this game anymore. Very interesting, to say the least.
