Yeh but then most games are and it's my main hobby so I do not mind spending all my time on games / mmorpgs
MMO's definitely take time but they're also some of the most casually played games on the market. Even if you invest a few hours every day or whenever you have time you can easily keep up with most of the people who play these days.
There is no such thing as being too time consuming! In my opinion, the time that however exercises your brain and develops your creativity is not time wasted. I think it is better to "waste" a few hours playing than watching TV
MMORPGs can be enormous time sink, especially those geared toward grinding monsters over and over again for thousands of hours. There are MMORPGs that let players experience "end-game" content earlier in the progression (like sieges, guild wars, dungeons, etc.)
Yes it's time consuming. It takes many hours to play it and it's better to play it when you are free or on the weekends. Most mobile games take less than 30 minutes when you compare to MMORPG.
