Disаblе Firеwаll, bесаusе if yоu hаvе 3rd pаrty firеwаll instаllеd оn thе systеm, it will соntinuоusly kееp сhесking yоur gаmе dаtа pаssing thrоugh yоur LаN саrd whiсh саusеs lаg аnd ping spikеs.
сlоsе аll unnесеssаry аppliсаtiоns running in thе bасkgrоund whilе gаming.
Stоp/Pаusе аll dоwnlоаds (if аny running)

I think you get it because the device you are using is smaller version and doesn't support the game. This is mostly the main reason for game crush.
