What does everyone think about the guild PvP potential in Archeage? I've only played f2p MMORPGs and recently the quality of f2p is definitely going up while p2p subscriptions are dropping. I'm very excited for these largescale battles. How does everyone else feel about Guild battles?
This will start to be important once Auroria, the third continent, opens up. This is coming in a patch soon (a month or 2 I would guess). Once it opens guilds will be able to fight for owning an entire keep (a big housing area). People will be able to build houses under the guilds protection and they will pay their taxes to the guild. It is going to be crazy with the alliances and keep sieges to take control. Crafters will be very important for making siege equipment and different siege weapons.
