That's exactly my point. After the first 1-2 times you should learn not to do that again. Whether they deceived them intentionally or not doesn't really matter to the people who feel cheated ( but again its partly their fault if they believe everything).
True, I just still admire how passionate Molyneux is about his work and his ideas. He really wants to make the best game he can, I really believe that but he can't be telling the press about this. Hopefully people learn from this, but I bet it's a thin line between over-hyping your game and just being genuinely excited about it.
