    I just purchased a digital copy of the magazine and will upload the cover story tomorrow for everyone to read, so DO NOT buy it, unless you want to of course.

    I think it's about the mod Black Mesa with was a remake of the first Half-life.

    Well, it looks cool and I will prob read it all later but I was a bit dissuasive when I saw that MW2 was one of the Inspirations for LL.

    Thanks a ton for the upload majnu! I really didn't wanna buy the magazine seeing as I spent a few bucks on the Game Informer!

    No worries, that is what the community is here for -To share info. The pics should be in the folder from the link if you want to update the Wiki.

    Looks like there is a tentative release date for March 2013, which now coincides with GTAV. I've sent a tweet to Golden Joystick asking if they can release the reveal trailer, otherwise we need to pester Joe and Huw for it (which is looking most likely what we need to do!)

    "The digital watch will flash blue to indicate when Arytom is Visible." I'm Interested to see how this works, although I would have liked a more traditional colour indicator, but I guess noobs found it confusing how stealth worked in 2033 hence why it changed.

    When I saw that LL will be inspired by MW2, I literally laughed out loud when thinking of how someone here hates CoD and loves Metro :D
    But, I'm wondering about something.. If the magazine costs money, isn't there a policy that disallows you from sharing these pictures? I'm sure that if it costs money, THQ wouldn't be too happy with you sharing it? I'm just guessing here.
    Either way, a great share! Although I am anxiously waiting for LL to be released, I'm too lazy to read all of that :p Perhaps I'll do it once when I have a lot of time on my hands and don't feel like playing any games.
    (Oh, and I like the first picture in this thread!)

    Holy crap, this is looking amazing! You can tell that THQ finally gave 4A Games the funding that they deserve... just look at the vibrancy of the colours, the variety of character models, the detail in the environment, the stunning graphics. :D It looks like everything has been improved from a visual standpoint... and look at DEM HIPS! :lol: Anyway, thanks very much for the pics, majnu. I found it hard to read the text; a bit too small for me, but I did strain my eyes to have a look at the inspirations and I'm really happy about what I've read. 4A Games are really stepping up their game for Last Light - which is fantastic, considering the fact that (for me) Metro 2033 was one of the very few 10/10 games. Might just have to invent a new rating of 11/10 for this one! :p

    "Inspired by MW2" Lolwut?

    So because a game has lots of explosions and your character kills hundreds of enemies alone makes it like Call of Duty? Ahahahahahahahaha! OK then what about nearly every other first person shooter out there? I'm sick of every FPS being compared to Call of Duty, especially when there's much better FPS games out there.

    I don't want to rant on THQ or 4A games or anything, but I do have a slight hunch that they compared CoD with it just because it is a very popular game, to make commercial for LL. As Vanilla said, they could have compared it with any other game.
    Nonetheless, it's just a small detail which I won't blame them for doing :)

    I just realized that pretty much each face is different. So much polish MUST PLAY
    also mw2 changed gaming lol. Yeah it changed it by showimg dev s tgat you just need great ads to sell agame

    Look, MW2 entertained me for around 2 weeks (336 hours) of total playtime, so I won't talk trash about it, even though I think it's severely frustrating by now.
