The developers of World of Speed have been mum on the closed beta's start date, except for saying that it'll happen in Q4 2014. Therefore, the beta could start tomorrow or it could start in two weeks or even in a couple months. I'm thinking it's going to take a bit longer for the beta to start because it's already taken forever.
