I have recently replayed all the KH games I own, and I would like to play something else to hold me over until KH 3 comes. Do you know of any games that are similar to KH in terms of gameplay/story? The only one I have played recently that comes even remotely close was Metal Gear Rising, where the boss fights had a very similar style to the ones present in KH, but the rest of the game was more like DMC than anything else. So, any suggestions?
The new Final Fantasy games carry some aspects of the combat from Kingdom Hearts and the storyline contains similar vibes. You could also give the Witcher games a try but I'm not sure if that's your thing. Other than that I would say you could also try some of the Monster Hunter games since they have slightly similar combat.
