In a post on Steam, developer Thunderflux has revealed that their indie RPG Starcrawlers is going to have its release date pushed back to May 23d. This is apparently to implement a new system to the game. Here is the full message:
We’ve decided to delay launch until May 23rd– there’s a few more adjustments, fixes and tweaks to make (plus a brand new system we’ve been keeping secret) and we want to make sure everything is solid for launch.
Thank you for your patience and we’ll be back in 7 short days with launch of version 1.0!”
Starcrawlers has you acting as bounty hunters of sorts, as you go through space and complete contracts to earn money. There will be deep strategic combat and plenty of RPG elements. You can check out the game in full via its Steam page.
