Check Out a new Developer Gameplay Videos for the Psychological RPG Sacred Fire!

Poetic Studios released new gameplay videos this week for the upcoming psychological RPG Sacred Fire. You can check out the new gameplay footage for the upcoming RPG below. One video is a short video on the game’s elements. The other video is a 10-minute video featuring developer commentary. Sacred Fire is due out later in Spring 2018 as a multi-platform release.

The game will feature The Witcher 3 star Doug Cockle, who played Geralt of Rivia. The game will allow players to lead a band of resistance fighters from Caledonia against the invading Roman Empire. The game will focus on political influence and the pursuit of inner balance.

Speaking on the new material released this week, Poetic Studios Creative Director Andrej Vojtas stated: “We are excited to provide an in-depth look at Sacred Fire, which offers a unique narrative-based RPG experience where, as we say, your heart hides all of the monsters. The gameplay slice from our prologue demonstrates how the game is presented, and how the story will evolve based on the tactical decisions made during the choice driven narrative and cinematic turn-based combat.

Gameplay will focus on giving players to choice to to resolve conflicts using smarts, skills, looks or sympathy. Players have to build their inner balance by coping with fear and anger. Players will need strong personalities in order to win respect with bravery in combat, struggle with political turmoil in their ranks and rise above the fog of war.

Sacred Fire arrives in Spring 2018. The game will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
