What’s Bethesda up to these days? Any chance they can make even more games?
Video game studios are made upon the games they make. But, those games are built upon the people who work in those studios. The better those games do, the more the studio can grow. Case and point, Bethesda. As the makers of the Elder Scrolls series as well as the recent Fallout and Prey games, the studio has earned a lot of praise from both fans and critics alike. And so, to continue their work in the best way possible, they’ve announced that they’ve expanded to three studios.
The new one is in Austin, Texas. What’s interesting is that this new studio is actually already a game studio by the name of BattleCry, however, they’ll become Bethesda Games Studios Austin very soon.
But, what does this mean? Well, with three studios, it’s very possible that the company wants to make even more games. Or at the very least, more content for their games. It’s hard to say at present. There’s a lot of possibilities. However, with E3 only a few months away, that could give us some clues as to what this new studio may do.
Expansion is always key.
Hopefully we'll hear something about the new ES game soon. It's been nearly 7! years since Skyrim came out, which is crazy considering that the time span between Morrowind and Skyrim was about 9 years.
That is true and I hope they will open real soon.
Great!
I just hope this will influence the making of great games.
I agree.
True.
Yup, more coverage, more money.
So do I.
Aint that the truth.
Yup, without a doubt. Money is power in a way.
This is good. Expansion means wider coverage and lots of opportunity, as well as investments.
I'm just hoping the manpower will help with the improvement of the games in terms of creativity.
This is exactly what I'm trying to say.
Yeah, same here.
Well I guess that's a good thing, right? If that's the 3rd then I think the demand is high.
