Battleborn Gets Dedicated Mobile Game! Find Out All About Battleborn Tap!

2K Games and Gearbox Software have just announced a new mobile game based on the Battleborn franchise with Battleborn Tap. The mobile game officially launched today and is set in the Battleborn universe. You can check out the launch trailer in the player below.

In Battleborn Tap, players command a squad of Battleborn heroes on the field of battle. Gamers will use their fingers to tap their way to victory against waves of enemies and boss battles. The game has new unlockable areas, and other Battleborn heroes can be recruited to join the fight. Players can grow and customize their heroes by collecting an dusing gold shards. These will upgrade heroes’ skills and abilities.

The official press release for 2K Games also mentions unlocking exclusive rewards for the main game by playing Battleborn Tap. The specifics of these rewards were not revealed. However, players who download the mobile game and link it to a SHiFT account will receive a new gold Orendi skin that can be used for the console or PC versions of the main game.

Battleborn Tap is available now for iOS and Android devices. It’s companion game, Battleborn, is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
