Who's Getting Metro Redux

    So there are reports that in July Metro Redux will launch for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One . It is a comprehensive collection of Metro 2033, Metro Last Light and its downloadable content available with major graphical improvements especially for the console versions

    Well, it's just a rumor. I asked Maurice Tan, their international community manager, who said "No comment". (I have him in SteamFriends).
    Though, to shed some light of glory on myself, I can say that he gave me some minor exclusive information since I'm the administrator here who has signed a silence-vowel treaty contract thingy ;)

    Damn, it sucks that I can't share what I know with you guys :p

    Whenever someone who officially represents a company is asked to confirm or debunk a rumour and replies with "no comment", it usually means that the rumour is true or very similar to the truth. :p

    I'll get it eventually. Mainly for the DLCs though; as I still need to get them.:eek:

    I think he sits outside 4A's studio in Ukraine and bribes them with hot cups of tea and biscuits :D

    I was kidnapped by a Lurker and dragged into it's hole. :pop2: :p

    Also if Metro 2033 on PC is getting redux'd I hope it has the same dynamic lights, PhysX and updated DX11 effects that Last Light had. Only then would I consider buying the game again. ;)

    Just to add one more thing, Professor Pew can you confirm that Ranger Mode is NOT going to be treated as DLC for the XB1 and PS4?

    Hey man, it's good to see you here! :)

    Same here, but I don't mind. I will probably get it anyway for collecting purposes (I only do that with games I really like or when I see a bargain), and give the digital content to my brother or someone else if he will have it by then.

    Anything I hear about Metro I think of this place :p. Seems like there has been some changes too. Skaara is now yellow. TBH I logged on a couple of weeks ago when I heard of Deep 6 and thought that was 4A's new game. It would be a pretty great IP imo if they resurrected that game.
