The Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and the Anti Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) want to destroy the internet you know and will limit your freedom, piracy and more.

When the SOPA activates every site will be responsive for their users, so when a youtube user posts a video which breaks a copyright, youtube is responsive and could be taken down. Thats ridicilous!

When ACTA activates then... ehh... I dont't know how to explain that, but lucky we (still) have youtube.

    Video which explains SOPA:

    Video which explains ACTA:

EVERYONE can sign against the SOPA HERE --> http://www.avaaz.org/en/save_the_internet

EA is also a sopa supporter. If sopa passes I will personally see to it that no-one buys metro or any other thq title. I would encourage illegally obtaining though.

I already do, cause it's legal in the Netherlands! I don't download games (only music, movies and tv series :p).

Buying anything from EA period is bad. EA is a cancer, a tumor and a blight on the gaming industry that literally pegs consumers in the ass. They are more evil than Activision.

Well... It could be that the came up with the SOPA, so the PIPA (Protect Intellectual Property Act) would be accepted. The PIPA is a less extreme version of the SOPA, BUT it will also destroy the internet as we know it.
