saddest part? what was ur saddest part in the game? mine was when during my first playthrough i killed the dark ones and relized they were trying ot help us (this was before i read the book) it was really sad.
Hmm, I think the part that most struck me was in D6, when Boris gets killed by a nosalise, and Stepan vows revenge. Then I jumped up and stole all of his ammo. Yep, sad in many ways...
'nuff said. The saddest part for me, was actually at the beginning of the chapter "tower" when you group up with the rangers and all the mutants and the demons come, and all of them gets killed and I'm like "No, I can't leave them! D:" while Miller is all "Run, Artyom! Don't stop for a secound!" so I was sad while running away from the dead guys which I didn't get to say goodbye to. It was like "okay, dead, bye". I actually thought they were Vladimir and Ulman, which I later found out that they weren't..
Heh, that's true. Everything is like "SHOOT DEM" *BANG BOOM* @£$€[@[!%&/!%/(&"(]{@£€€| Then it's all completely silent with this green glow and you're like "Wait............. wtf just happened?!" xD
What about that dude right at the start who gets dragged off the railcar by a nosalise? Just kidding... But yes, Pavel's death was pretty sad. It's amazing how you actually became attached to characters in that game. Other games are like "Yes, that annoying guy is gone" or "Yeah, that dude always jumped in my way, now he's not a problem". But in Metro you lose helpful, interesting friends...
Probably Danila's death (it's from the book..) when he was watching Artyom's back, Artyom turns at him and he sees that his stomach was teared like shit and the stufff inside the stomach is laying on the floor, he was sitting and the last words is that the Librarian is right behind him, then Danila's dies.
Borbun's death i was like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO and they had to make him die because of a stupid bandit
I thought that the Librarian is behind Danila and that Danila says that artyom has to shoot him. Whatever it's still sad
i remember a guy, you was traveling with him in tunnels with a cart while fighting the monster he died i liked that guy he was a cool red
Pavel! Yeah, you only new him for two levels, but it wasn't like Cod where you don't care if someone dies. He was from Polis and not a red by the way.
The whole game was sad for me, that's what made it great. The depressed atmosphere, people struggling for their very survival in all their daily tasks.
