Is it worth spending the time earning the turbine points for these or do you guys prefer to pay for them?
Well part of an MMO for me is to grind your way through all levels to enjoy everything about the game and all it's features. As you go through the early content, if you take the time to go through all the deeds, you'll get enough turbine points for at least one quest pack just going through the starter regions and the lone lands. Afterwards, when you buy a new quest pack you also unlock a lot more deeds which will give you more opportunity to get more turbine points.
