    Hi,

    yesterday I bought Metro LL.

When I start the game, I can watch the Intro Video. As soon as the video finishes, the game crashes.

I then found some blog posts that advise to tweak the fov values for the game in %LOCALAPPDATA%\4A Games\Metro LL\.

    pcgamer.com/2013/05/16/metro-last-light-fov-patch-released-also-fixes-amd-issues

I noticed that the folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\4A Games\Metro LL\ does not exist on my laptop.

However, \AppData\Local\4A Games\Metro 2033 exists from the previous game.

When I installed the game, I started it from dvd as administrator.

Any advise? I previously played the fear series, crysis 2 as well as Metro 33.
I guess my pc should be good enough.

    I got Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz, 4 cores.
    SSD Drive
    8GB Ram
    AMD Radeon HD 6800M Series

I would really appreciate your help.

    Thanks.

    Tobi

Most my games are in my Steamfolder, as I'm a Steamgamer, but I have installed games outside of Steam.
And then they usually ended up being for example:
    C:/ProgramFiles/Ubisoft/IAmAlive
    or
    C:/ProgramFiles/Bethesda/Skyrim.

Can't help more than that, I'm afraid :noidea:
