It's an old news but couldn't see any thread in THIS SECTION about Metro movie. MGM acquired the rights to make Metro movie (they've got for example Hobbit trilogy). I hope they're already working on it and that there will be lorefriendly story, factions, weapons, armors, russsian stuff etc. Hope it'll be released earlier than WW3 itself!
Well said! :lol: It seems the movie is in good hands, so I'm not worried it'll be a failure. Even if it did, it'd still be awesome to actually see a Metro-movie. Can't wait, but it just doesn't really seem true because it's so very long 'till it comes out. I'd estimate it might come out at earliest 2015, probably even later..
That date is pretty realistic but only if they had started it this year. I also wonder how they'll make In-Metro scenes
I wish the movie poster(s) come out looking cool. Eaither way, I'll get my hands on them........ all of them :spy:.
While that would be godly, that's hollywood level budget right there. That said if it was an actual theater release, just like 4A has done, they could make the movie on a relatively small budget and still make it look just like the promo videos. I just fear that an american audience wouldn't embrace it at all, however.
It would be neat to see a Metro movie. Sounds like it is in good hands. It would be interesting to see how the factions and whatnot will play out and what the main focus will be. I wonder if it will follow Artyom's story or will it invent its own?
